Returns + Exchanges

At true + noble, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we want to make things right. We offer free returns or exchanges on any orders within 30 days of your purchase.

Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Items that have been washed and/or worn.
- Free gifts or promotional items

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. E-mail trueandnobleapparel@gmail.com to request a return. Include the following in your email:
  • Your Name
  • Order Number (Note "Gift" if applicable)
  • What item you are returning
  • What item you are exchanging the return for (if applicable)
2. In return, you will receive a return shipping label to print.

3. Package up your returns or exchanges and attach the shipping label to your package.

4. Drop it in the mail.

5. Once we receive your package, we will refund you for your purchase (if it's a return), or ship your new items (if it's an exchange). If the item you've selected for exchange is no longer available, we will email you to make changes.
